Shipping & Pickup Policy

Ownable Delivery

Shipping your products will always be quick & easy! Items typically ship out in about 3-5 days after checkout, sometimes less and sometimes more depending on the product! Just about all of our shipping is done through Best Buy, they use FedEx, USPS, and UPS.
We want you to have the products you need and want most as quick as possible!
As a valued ownable customer you’ll receive free shipping on all your items.


Shipping Restrictions

We only ship to the address linked to your account.

We will only ship items to the states we are currently live in.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

Guaranteed Deliveries

We guarantee deliveries on all the products you order through ownable, if there are any issues with receiving your product(s) please contact us immediately.

You must report missing items no later than 48 hours after the delivery date. Otherwise, you will be responsible for payments.

Additional Delivery Notes:
  • The estimated delivery date reflects the delivery capability at the moment the page was opened. The delivery day may become unavailable within that timeframe, prior to completing your order, or payment approval due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity.
  • If the item you're ordering is out of stock or unavailable to ship immediately, the shipping method time starts when the item ships.
  • Products may be shipped by ground or air; shipping speeds don't correspond to any carrier-branded shipping services.
  • If available, Saturday or Sunday delivery will be specified on the product page and/or during checkout. Otherwise, the shipping methods apply to business days only, not weekends or holidays.
  • Orders over $1300 may require a signature.
  • In some cases, choosing a higher quantity for an item may make it ineligible for immediate shipping, because multiple units may not be available locally or at the same location.
Ownable Store Pickup

Store Pickup lets you buy items online and pick them up in a store. You avoid shipping and scheduled delivery charges — and you may be able to get your order faster.

Here's how it works:

During checkout, choose Store Pickup and select your store
We'll show you an estimated pickup date
Place your order and wait to receive a "Ready for pickup" email (this is a separate email from your order confirmation)
Bring your ID, credit card and order number to the store and pick up your items
We'll hold your items at the store for 5 days; if you don't make it in by then, we'll cancel the order and refund your method of payment

Bring to the store:

Your government-issued photo ID
Please also have ready a copy of the “your order is ready for pickup” e-mail at the store (printed or on a phone/tablet).

Who can pick up your order:

One the ownable account holder can pickup the order.
